Criteria for posting to the bulletin board:

Messages of interest to the New Jersey film and television community may be posted here. All bulletins and press releases must be submitted in electronic form, and concern one or more of the following subjects:

1. Job opportunities available within the New Jersey motion picture and television industry
2. Production internships available to high school and college students
3. Fellowship programs related to film and television production.
4. Filmmaking competitions, screenwriting competitions, and other motion picture and television related competitions of interest to students and professionals.

Postings will not be accepted which:

1. contain false, deceptive or misleading information, promote fraudulent, deceptive or misleading business practices prohibited by the Consumer Fraud Act, N.J.S.A. 56:8-1 et seq., or promote unlawful or illegal goods, services or activities.
2. contain, or promote the production of, obscene material as defined by N.J.S.A. 2C:34-3, as such definition may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
3. contain information promoting discrimination in employment prohibited by the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, N.J.S.A. 10:5-12.

Postings shall include the name, business mailing address and telephone number of the prospective employer, of a licensed employment agency, or of the competition sponsor.

Anonymous postings requesting replies by e-mail or to unnamed post office boxes will not be accepted.
